What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00. Please check-out by 11:00.
Are cashless payments accepted?
Yes. credit cards, prepaid IC cards and QR code payment for public transportation in the lists below are accepted.

It is possible to store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We can store your belongings and luggage at out hotel reception. Please do not hesitate to notify us if you would like to use this service. After check-out, you can store your luggage only for that day.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept valuables, fragile items, dangerous goods, important documents, and perishable goods.
I would like to send my luggage in advance. Does the hotel permit this?
Yes, please ensure your luggage contains the following information.
•Guest’s name (Written in full.)
*Please write the name of the guest who made the reservation.
•Reservation date
•Your phone number

Most courier services go by ship. For this reason, please send your luggage well in advance.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept:
•Luggage requiring cash on delivery or cash on delivery with an extra charge
•Refrigerated goods, frozen goods (Items requiring temperature and humidity control)
•Valuables, fragile Items, dangerous goods, important documents, and perishable goods
•Items with no listed guest name or for people without confirmed reservations.
Do you offer a transportation service from the port or the airport?
No, we do not offer this service.
There are many sightseeing spots en route from the port or the airport to our hotel.
We recommend that you go sightseeing using a rental car or a taxi before coming to our hotel.
A regular bus service is also available.

If we leave to go hiking early in the morning, can we get breakfast?
You can request to change the regular breakfast to a boxed breakfast.
Boxed breakfasts are available from 4:00 a.m.
Lunch boxes are also available for ¥770 (Tax included).
Orders for these boxes can be placed up until 19:00 on the evening before they are required.
Can we access the Internet at your hotel?
We provide guests with a free wireless LAN in the guest rooms, the lobby, and restaurant. A PC for guest use is available at the reception counter. Please feel free to use it.
Do you have any rental equipment for hiking?
No, our hotel does not offer any equipment such as rental hiking boots.
I reserved accommodation without dinner. Can I have dinner on the day of my stay?
Reservations are required if you wish to have dinner. Please contact us in advance. We can provide the same Japanese and Western menu as the accommodation plan with dinner. This meal costs ¥8,800 (Tax included).
Can day-trippers use the hot spring?
Day-trippers can use the hot spring from 15:00 to 19:00.
Please arrive before 18:00.
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, face towel, and bath towels are available.

What do the amenity goods include?
The amenity goods include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a toothbrush, razor, and cotton swabs.
In addition, we provide special sets for our female guests. These include cotton wool pads, aromatic soap, cleansing wipe, shower cap, hair band, body lotion, facial mask, and hair brush.
What kind of things do your guest rooms have?
Each guest room has lounge wear, bath towels, facecloth, hand towels, slippers, a shoehorn, a clothes brush, an alarm clock, an electric kettle, tea set, a hairdryer, and a shoes dryer.
Can we have services such as body treatment care in the guest rooms?
You can have Thai body treatment in a treatment room in front of the bathing area on the ground floor.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
4 to 7 days before your scheduled arrival 20% of the room rate , 2 to 3 days before 50% , 1 day before 80% ,No-show or cancelation on your scheduled arrival day 100%
