Regarding the cancellation procedure for JR Hotel Members who have not used the service for 3 years.
Thank you for your continued patronage of JR Hotel Members.
In accordance with Article 20 (Withdrawal) Paragraph 1 (3) of the Membership Agreement, JR Hotel Members will sequentially process withdrawals for members who have not used any of the eligible facilities for three years from their last date of use.
■ Eligible members
Members who have not used the facility for three years since their last visit.
■ Start date
Starting sequentially from Monday, June 8, 2026
*Please note that points will not be awarded for use after June 8th.
■ Regarding rejoining
If you wish to use JR Hotel Members again after canceling your membership, please register as a new member through the "JR Hotel Members Official Website" or the "JR Hotel Members Official App".
