Regarding the indoor bath on the top floor of the hotel, "CITY SPA Tenku," we have installed privacy film on the windows to protect guest privacy.

This measure is being taken to create a safer environment for our users, considering the possibility that the bathhouse may be visible from buildings planned for construction in the surrounding area.

Consequently, the view that you were previously able to enjoy from the indoor bath is no longer available.

We sincerely apologize to our guests who were looking forward to enjoying the view from the indoor bath, as we were unable to meet your expectations.

Please note that the open-air observation bath area will continue to offer views of Oita as before. Please wear a bathing suit and enjoy a relaxing time with the expansive view from approximately 80 meters above ground.

We will continue to strive to operate our facilities in a way that allows everyone to use them safely and comfortably, and we ask for your understanding.
