At "HARBELLA," an all-day dining restaurant where bright sunlight streams in through large south-facing glass windows, the "Nagasaki French" cuisine, which makes the most of the appeal of Nagasaki Prefecture's local ingredients using French techniques, is very popular.
This season's theme is "Summer Breeze," evoking the refreshing breeze of summer. Using fresh seafood from the waters off Nagasaki, which is in season, and ingredients from within the prefecture, each colorful and visually refreshing dish evokes the spirit of summer. Furthermore, we offer a special plan where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat melon for an additional charge. In our spacious and open atmosphere, you can fully savor the charm of summer fruits.

"Teppanyaki De Jima" is a specialty restaurant reached by passing through a corridor designed to resemble the Omotemon Bridge leading to Dejima. We offer creative teppanyaki dishes that incorporate Nagasaki's unique blend of Japanese, Chinese, and Dutch culture, including Nagasaki Wagyu beef.
This season, as the sixth installment of our popular wagyu beef tasting dinner course, we have prepared a special course that allows you to compare and enjoy the charms of "Nagasaki Wagyu" and "Oita Wagyu." For appetizers, both lunch and dinner will feature marinated striped jack mackerel from Nagasaki Prefecture, so please enjoy the flavors unique to this summer and the immersive teppanyaki experience at De Jima.
