The Japanese restaurant Sotoroku comprises a dining area with private rooms surrounded by open glass walls through which you can enjoy a panoramic view of Hibiya Park from the upper floors. In addition, there is a Japanese sake bar in an open-timbered interior inspired by the traditional Japanese yagura (tower) structure. Enjoy spending a relaxing time while taking in the scenery of the downtown area.

There is a bar counter reminiscent at Hinoki, Japanese cypress, on the right side.
The traditionally furnished bar counter offers champagne, wine, Japanese style distilled spirits, and sake from carefully selected brewering all over Japan.

Restaurant “Sotoroku”

The Japanese restaurant Sotoroku serves both a Western and Japanese buffet-style breakfast in the live kitchen. The restaurant has a Japanese sake bar designed in the style of yagura, a traditional Japanese wooden structure. At dinner time, Sotoroku serves various kinds of famous local Japanese sake selected from premier nationwide breweries. You can taste the marriage between the restaurant’s specialty dishes whose original ingredients and flavors blend harmoniously with the fine selection of sake.
