[Important] Notice of company name change and official website update following merger of JR Kyushu Group hotel and inn operating companies

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your continued patronage of JR Kyushu Group hotels and inns.

Effective October 1, 2024 (Tuesday), four JR Kyushu Group hotel companies (JR KYUSHU HOTEL Management, JR KYUSHU HOTELS, JR Kyushu Huis Ten Bosch Hotel, and JR Kyushu Station Hotel Kokura) have merged with JR KYUSHU HOTEL Management as the surviving company and changed the company name to "JR KYUSHU HOTELS & RESORTS. In accordance with the merger, the contents of the official website have been partially changed.

The new company will develop 17 hotels and inns that can meet a wide variety of needs, from urban hotels to hot spring resorts. As in the past, we will continue to provide hospitality rooted in the local community and strive to become a hotel chain that continues to be chosen by customers for its safety and security.

We look forward to your continued patronage of the new "JR KYUSHU HOTELS & RESORTS" that will be born on October 1st.
