Overnight hotel guests should use JR Kumamoto Station Building underground parking lots.
You can get to the underground parking lot by the hotel elevator.
JR Kumamoto Station Building 1st, 2nd, and 3rd parking lots are also available.

Parking fee: Overnight guests・・・Overnight stay: 1,000 yen per night (24 hours: from noon to next day's noon)

1 Please take the elevator of Amu Plaza Kumamoto to the 7th floor.

2 After exiting the elevator, turn left.

3 Follow the street.

4 Follow the street until you see the restaurant area on the 7th floor.

5 Continue straight through the restaurant area on the 7th floor.

6 At the end of the hall, turn left in front of "Dining Cafe Senka".

7 Continue straight and you will see the hotel information at the end of the hall.

8 Walk in front of the hotel information on your right, and you will see the elevator.

9 Take the elevator to the 9th floor (lobby floor).

10 Exit the elevator and proceed to the right to reach the front desk.

  • ・ The underground parking lot has flap locks. No parking ticket will be issued. Please let our front desk staff know that you have parked your car in the underground parking lot.
  • ・ Note that you cannot take your car out of the underground parking lot before your check out.
  • ・ We recommend using public transportation due to the expected traffic congestion during weekends and holidays.
  • ・ Please pay the fee using the payment machine in the underground parking lot when you take your car out. The payment machine only accepts 1,000 yen bills, so please exchange large denomination bills for 1,000 yen bills at the front desk in advance. Note that our hotel will not issue a receipt for the parking fee.

    *We don't have any parking payment machines in our hotel. Please pay the fee using the payment machine in the underground parking lot.
  • ・ We don't accept reservations for parking spaces for overnight guests. The lot is used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Re-entering the parking lot during your stay
  • 1) Please pay the fee using a payment machine when you take your car out from the parking lot for the first time. (Once you pay the fee for the parking lot, no additional fee is required.)

    *We don't have any parking pre-payment machines in our hotel, and the payment machines in the lot only accept 1,000 yen bills. Please exchange large denomination bills into 1,000 yen bills at the front desk in advance if necessary.
  • 2) The parking ticket will be returned. Please keep it.
  • 3) Please insert your ticket into the payment machine when you re-enter the parking lot.
  • 4) You can leave and enter the parking lot freely using the same parking ticket until noon on the following day. (If you stay for two or more nights in a row, the fee will be charged per night.)

By Shinkansen or Train

Please use the Shirakawaguchi (the East exit).
After going out of the East exit (Shirakawaguchi) of JR Kumamoto Station, you can see the entrance of our hotel on the right. Please take the elevator to the front desk on the 9th floor.

1 After going out of the ticket gate of JR Kumamoto Station, turn left for the Shirakawaguchi exit.

2 Walk straight ahead with the ticket gate and the JR ticket office "Midori-no-madoguchi" (Green Window) on the left side and Higo Yokamon Ichiba (market) on the right side. After going out of the Shirakawaguchi, turn to the right, and you will see our hotel entrance.

3 You can see the sign of "THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO" in front of you. Please go straight ahead.

4 Walking through the doors to the end of the hallway, you will see an elevator on your left that leads directly to the hotel.

5 Please go to the 9th floor (the lobby floor) via the hotel elevator.

6 After exiting the elevator, go straight ahead. You will see the courtyard in front of you, and the front desk is located on the right side.

By Airplane

By Airport Limousine Bus
About 60 minutes from Aso Kumamoto Airport (¥960 fare for a one-way trip)
Please get off at the bus stop in front of JR Kumamoto Station. Heading towards AMU PLAZA KUMAMOTO, you will come to the entrance of our hotel.
