When you come to the restaurant,
you will feel the fresh atmosphere of Kyushu.
Spend a peaceful moment with a fine view of
the Kumamoto cityscape and Mt. Aso in the distance,
facing the courtyard with a lagoon and a chapel.
Guests can use the private rooms for various purposes,
changing the layout depending on the number of people.

Breakfast

Kyushu is famous for its variety of delicious and fresh ingredients harvested in rich, natural environments, such as seafood from Amakusa and dairy products from Aso. Our restaurant offers Western, and Japanese cuisine specialties using fresh and seasonal foods and ingredients produced locally in Kyushu and especially in Kumamoto. Taste the flavors of Kyushu at the restaurant with panoramic views of the "City of Forest," watching the cityscape and street life, feeling the sunlight and scent of the forest, and listening to the sound of the wind.

The texture of the horsemeat sinew goes very well with this Japanese curry.

Lunch

At the moment you get off the elevator, a superb view extends in front of you, making you feel as if you were in another world. We serve a variety of dishes focusing on Japanese cuisine using carefully selected ingredients by our master chef, all at reasonable prices. You can enjoy a sublime lunchtime with the delicate landscape in the main hall or with the flowing water of the lagoon in the inner private rooms.

Dinner

Apart from the crowds below, you can look down at the afterglow of the sunset and the shining lights of cars from the restaurant in the sky. We offer a variety of dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients harvested in the Kyushu area. The artistic cuisine offers you the delicacies of the four seasons. The large windows provide views of the cityscape and frame the landscape of the "City of Forest," Kumamoto. You can take in the urban night view below while enjoying your meal.

Bar

The bar serves various kinds of famous local Japanese sake selected from breweries in Kyushu, including Kumamoto. Enjoy tasting a pre-dinner aperitif or having a nightcap while watching the nightscape from the upper floors.
