In order to provide a gender-free space where customers can spend their time comfortably, the ladies floor will be renovated and reborn as a new "COZY floor" from April 1, 2025.

"COZY" means "comfortable" and we aim to create a space where you can feel "comfortable and at ease, like coming home."
We decided to name it "COZY Floor."
The shared space will feature a new lounge called "COZY Living" exclusively for the COZY floor, equipped with a microwave, water server, and beauty products for rental.
We have created a space that can be used comfortably to suit your travel style.

Add color to your hotel stay with amenities exclusive to COZY rooms.

Our COZY double rooms are equipped with exclusive amenities to make your stay more comfortable.
We have prepared a wide range of amenities, such as Bluetooth speakers and hair irons, to make you feel as comfortable as if you were in your own room.
The width of existing beds will be changed from 130cm to 140cm to provide a convenient and comfortable guest room space.

In addition, we offer "SIRASU Soap," a beauty soap made from "Yoshida Shirasu," a rare volcanic ash clay that was accumulated in a major eruption in Kagoshima approximately 800,000 years ago.
Shirasu is rich in the mineral (silica), which has the properties of moisturizing the skin and gently cleansing it. It also has a moisturizing effect and helps to improve skin texture, making it safe for use by people with sensitive skin.
The packaging is made from bamboo harvested in Kagoshima, which has the largest bamboo forest area in Japan, and all products are designed with sustainability in mind, helping to protect local natural resources.

We have a water server where you can enjoy carbonated water, as well as steam irons and beauty appliances (such as curling irons and beauty steamers) available for rental.
You are free to use it in your room.

The hair styling products available for rental are from "VENUSiS".
It is equipped with "Moisturizing Technology" that protects hair's moisture and leaves it soft and shiny through the synergistic effects of far infrared rays, low-temperature air, and negative ions.
