In the event of a situation where a lower rate than on the Hotels' official website ("Competitive Rate") is posted on a non-Competitive Website or mobile application, the Company will reduce the price to the same amount as the Competing Rate upon receipt of a request from a guest who meets the Best Rate Guarantee Agreement (the "BRG Terms").
Customer requests
Valid guest requests under the BRG Terms must be sent from each hotel's email address listed here.
Guest requests must be submitted within 24 hours of making a reservation on our official website.
Invalidating a Buyer's Request
Please note that when receiving a request from a customer, if any of the following items apply, the request will be excluded from consideration.

Same conditions for accommodation
The Best Rate Guarantee applies when a competing rate is found for the same accommodation on any site other than this official website. "Accommodation under the same conditions" refers to accommodation with the same hotel, accommodation dates (arrival and departure dates), number of guests, room type, length of stay, payment method, cancellation policy, early discount, and services and benefits (including amenities).
Not covered by Best Rate Guarantee
Please note that the following items are excluded from the Best Rate Guarantee.

Best Rate Guarantee Suspended
If the Website is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical problems or other circumstances, the Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended.
Best Rate Guarantee Restrictions and Termination
If the Hotel determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in any of the following activities, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate or limit your request or the Best Rate Guarantee at any time and without notice:
