"WASH COMFORT" is a detergent-free laundry that not only reduces wastewater pollution but also saves more than 70% of water compared to vertical washing machines.
Based on our "JR KYUSHU HOTELS Inc. SDGs Policy", we have introduced it as one of our efforts to conserve Kagoshima's abundant water resources.

wash-plus uses "wash Wate", a colorless and odorless alkaline ionized electrolyzed water manufactured exclusively for washing.
Since it is washed with the power of ions instead of detergent, it can be used safely even by people with sensitive skin or allergies.
There is no need to worry about chemical sensitivities caused by synthetic fragrances.

In addition, payment is only accepted via cashless payment method, which can be easily performed using the customer's own device.
Language options include Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, making it easy for foreign customers to use.
