Thank you very much for always using JR Kyushu Group hotels and inns.

As of Tuesday, October 1, 2024, four JR Kyushu Group hotels (JR KYUSHU HOTEL Management Co., Ltd., JR KYUSHU HOTELS Inc., JR Kyushu Huis Ten Bosch Hotel Co., Ltd., and JR Kyushu Station Hotel Kokura Co., Ltd.) have entered into an absorption merger with JR KYUSHU HOTEL Management Co., Ltd. as the surviving company, and changed their company names to "JR KYUSHU HOTELS & RESORTS Inc.". Along with this, we have partially changed the contents of the official website.

The new company will develop 17 hotels and inns that can meet a wide variety of needs, from urban to hot spring resorts. As before, we will continue to provide hospitality rooted in the community and work to become a hotel chain that continues to be chosen by customers in a safe and secure manner.

We would like to ask everyone for their patronage of the newly born "JR KYUSHU HOTELS Inc. and Resorts" from October 1st.
