  • About 30 minutes by car from Kumamoto IC on the Kyushu Expressway

Guests staying at the hotel should use the JR Kumamoto Station building underground parking lot.
There is an elevator directly to the hotel, which is convenient.
Parking is also available at JR Kumamoto Station Building Parking Lots 1, 2, and 3.

Guests using Parking Lot 1 (P1) should pass through the AMUPLAZA building and proceed to the hotel.

1 Take the 1 AMU PLAZA KUMAMOTO elevator to the 7th floor.

2 After getting off the elevator, please go to the left.

3 Follow the road.

4 Continue along this road and you will see the restaurant area on the 7th floor.

5 Proceed straight through the restaurant area on the 7th floor.

6 At the end of the street, go to your left and pass Dining Cafe Senka.

7 If you go straight, you will see the hotel sign at the end of the street.

8 Go to the right in front of the hotel signs and you will find an elevator.

9 Please take the elevator to the 9th floor (lobby floor).

10 After getting off the elevator, go to the right and you will find the front desk.

For customers using the JR Kumamoto Station Building Underground Parking Lot (priority parking for hotels and weddings)

  • ・ The underground parking lot is a flap type, so there are no parking tickets. When you check in, please tell the front desk staff that you would like to use the underground parking lot.
  • ・ Please note that you will not be able to leave the underground parking lot once your car has left.
  • ・ We expect road congestion to be heavy on weekends and holidays, so we recommend using public transport.
  • ・ Please use the payment machine located in the underground parking lot to make payments. Large bills cannot be used. If you would like to exchange money, please inform the front desk in advance. Please note that the hotel is unable to issue receipts.

    *Payment cannot be made in advance using the payment machine. Please pay at the payment machine in the parking lot.
  • ・ Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that reservations are not possible.

Regarding mid-way departure
  • ① Please pay the fee at the automatic payment machine when you leave the parking lot for the first time (there is no additional fee for leaving the parking lot midway).

    *Payment cannot be made at the prepayment machine. Large bills cannot be used.
    If you wish to exchange currency, please inform the front desk in advance.
  • ②Your parking ticket will be returned to you, so please don't forget to pick it up.
  • ③When re-entering the parking lot, please insert your existing parking ticket into the automatic payment machine without issuing a new parking ticket.
  • ④ You can use the same parking ticket until your final exit (if you stay multiple nights, you will be charged for each night).

For guests arriving by Shinkansen or train

Please proceed towards Shirakawaguchi (East Exit), adjacent to JR Kumamoto Station.
When you exit the Shirakawa Exit, you will see AMU PLAZA KUMAMOTO on your right. The hotel entrance is on the first floor, far right of the building.
The hotel reception is located past two automatic doors and by elevator on the 9th floor.
*This is a separate entrance from the AMU PLAZA KUMAMOTO entrance.

Access from Kumamoto Station

1 After exiting the ticket gates at Kumamoto Station, go left (Shirakawa Exit).

2 Continue straight with the station ticket gates and the Midori no Madoguchi ticket window on your left and Higo Yokamon Market on your right.

3 When you exit the Shirakawa exit, you will see AMU PLAZA KUMAMOTO on your right. The hotel entrance is on the right side of the first floor of the building.

4 You will see a "THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO" sign in front of you, so go straight ahead.

5 Go through the doors and proceed to the end of the hall, where you will find an elevator to the hotel on your left.

6 Take　the elevator to the 9th floor (lobby floor).

7 After getting off the elevator, follow the road and, facing the courtyard, turn right and you will find the reception desk.

For guests arriving by plane

About 60 minutes by airport limousine bus from Aso Kumamoto Airport
After getting off at the bus stop in front of Kumamoto Station, please proceed in the direction of AMU PLAZA KUMAMOTO and come to the hotel entrance.
