Enjoy seasonal ingredients unique to Kumamoto, the heart of Kyushu and its diverse natural features, including seafood from Amakusa and the bountiful mountains of Aso, in a restaurant overlooking the forest city. Using seasonal ingredients from all over Kyushu, the restaurant offers a variety of dishes that could be called art, taking advantage of the flavors of each season, while still maintaining a Japanese flavor at the core, without being limited to any particular genre.
