What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 14:00. Please check out by 11:00 a.m.
I cannot arrive by the time of check-in. How should I check in?
Please let us know your name and estimated arrival time. If you arrive after 22:00, please let us know in advance. Note that we will cancel your reservation without such a prior announcement.
When should I pay the accommodation fee? At the time of check-in or check-out?
Our hotel has a prepaid policy.
We ask our guests to pay the accommodation fee corresponding to the number of nights at the time of Check-in.
If you stay longer than your initial reservation, please pay the additional accommodation fee day by day.
A receipt will be given to you at the time of check-in.
Are cashless payments accepted?
Yes. credit cards, prepaid IC cards, and QR code payment for public transportation in the lists below are accepted.

Can I pay the accommodation fee before check-in?
Yes, we accept advance payment through the methods listed below.
*Payment by bank transfer
*Direct payment by visiting our hotel in advance

If you want to pay your accommodation fee in advance, please call the front desk and let us know the details such as when and how.
Without advance payment, the person who will stay at our hotel on a reserved day must pay the accommodation fee upon checking in.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations from up to seven months before your stay through the internet and from one year before through a phone call.
If you wish to stay longer than the predetermined plans on our website, or if you make a reservation earlier than one year before, please call us by telephone or Email.
Can I make a reservation on the day of my stay?
We accept reservations by phone or online.
Please confirm the availability on the day by phone or online, just in case of no vacancy.
Can I request a non-smoking room or a smoking room?
Our hotel has no guest rooms where smoking is allowed.
If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking booth on the 8th floor.
Would you give me the detailed information about staying with children?
You can share a bed with a child under 6 years of age without any charge.
Please request that in advance or at the front desk when you check in.

Additionally, when there are three or more individuals, including children aged 7 to 12, the number of beds serves as the upper limit. 
Children aged 7 to 12 can stay for free when sharing a bed. 

[This policy applies to both double rooms and twin rooms.]
1 adult a 7-year-old child → considered as 2 adults 
2 adults a 7-year-old child → considered as 2 adults and 1 child sharing the bed.

*Please note that some plans do not allow sharing a bed with a child.
*Please note that the breakfast and spa fee for children and will be charged separately.
*We decline the admission of babies wearing diapers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
2 to 3 days before: 20% of the room rate
One day before: 50% of the room rate
Cancelation on your scheduled arrival day: 100% of the room rate
No-show: 100% of the room rate
*Cancellation policy varies depending on the accommodation plan.
*Cancellation policy varies for groups of more than eight members. Please inquire directly at the hotel.
What are the extra charges for early check-in or late check-out?
In the case of early check-in:
Generally, guests can check in from 14:00. Depending on the room availability, you may be able to enter your room a bit earlier than 14:00. If you request a specific early check-in time, you need to pay an extra charge. (You should reserve the early check-in time at least one day before your arrival.) Please note that we cannot accept some requests depending on the availability of rooms.

In the case of late check-out:
Guests must pay an extra charge for late check-out. We may accept some requests depending on the booking of rooms.
Guests who are JR HOTELS MEMBERS can extend check-out until 12:00 without an extra charge.
Is there a curfew for entry to the hotel?
There is no curfew. However, all the hotel entrances are locked from midnight.
To open the entrance, you must bring your card key whenever you go out.
Is it possible to store luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
We can store your belongings and luggage at our hotel reception. Please do not hesitate to notify us if you would like to use this service.
After check-out, you can store your luggage only for that day.
In addition, please note that we cannot accept valuables, fragile items, dangerous goods, important documents, and perishable goods.
I would like to send my luggage to the hotel in advance. Does the hotel allow this?
Yes. Please ensure your luggage contains the following information:
•Guest name (written in full)
*Please use the same name written on the reservation.
•Reservation date
•Your phone number

*Please use the same name written in the same language as when the reservation was made.
*Please add the travel agency's name when you participate in a tour conducted by a travel agency.

How can I get to the hotel from Oita Station?
Less than a minute walk from the Funai Chuo Exit (North Exit) of the JR Oita Station.

After exiting from the Funai Chuo Exit (North Exit) of the JR Oita Station,
please come to the hotel front desk on the 8th floor of [Amu Plaza Oita] which can be found on your right.Please use the elevator to go to the front desk.
Would you tell me how to access your hotel from Oita Airport?
Approximately 60 minutes by Airport Express Bus (Air Liner) from the Oita Airport.
After getting off the bus, please take the [JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Oita,
City Spa Tenku Express elevator (East elevator)] to the 8th floor at the 1st floor of Amu Plaza Oita.

Yes, we do. There are a limited numbers of wheelchairs. Please make a request in advance.
Is there a room humidifier?
Yes, all guest rooms have an air humidifier and purifier.
Is there an electric kettle?
Yes, all guest rooms have an electric kettle.
Is there a refrigerator?
Yes. All guest rooms have a refrigerator.
Is there cold or hot water available in hotel rooms?
We provide some bottles of mineral water in all guest rooms.
You can drink the tap water in your room. When you want to drink hot water, please use the electric kettle in your hotel room. Please use the icemakers on the 11th and 16th floor if you need ice cubes.
Is it possible to use an extra bed?
Deluxe twin rooms can accommodate a group of three guests by using an extra bed at an extra charge.
There are a limited number of extra beds available.
Please request one in advance.
Does the hotel have baby beds?
Yes. There are a limited number of baby beds available.
Please request one in advance.
Not available for standard double rooms.
Does the hotel have baby fences?

Do all rooms have a unit bath system with a toilet?
Standard Double, Superior twin, Superior Double and Universal double rooms have unit bath system with a toilet.
Deluxe twin and Premium twin rooms have a bathroom with a washing area and a separate toilet.
Hotel toilets are equipped with a warm-water washing toilet seat (Washlet).
Does the hotel have internet connection in guest rooms or the lobby?
Yes. You can connect to the internet through Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.
You can also connect to the internet through the wired LAN ports; LAN cables are available.
*Sometimes, however, connection failures may occur depending on certain device settings.
Where is the front desk?
Our front desk is located on the 8th floor.
Do you have a bathing area?
The bathing area is located on the 19th-21th floor.
 
Do you have meeting rooms or banquet rooms?
Meeting room is located on the 8th floor.
Do you have any smoking areas inside the hotel?
Yes. We have smoking booths on the 8th floor.
Do you have coin-operated washing machines?
Yes. There are 24-hour coin-operated washing machines available on the 12th and 14th floor.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes. You can use the laundry service at an extra charge.
Please fill out the slip prepared in your room and bring your laundry to the front desk.
If you bring your laundry by 10:00am, you can get the clean laundry back by 6:00pm.
Please note that the laundry service is not available on Sunday, national holidays, or during the Bon Festival (Around August 13 to 16) and New Year's holidays.
Does the hotel have vending machines?
Yes. There are beverage vending machines available on the 11th and 16th floors.
Does the hotel have ice-making machines?
Yes. There are free ice-making machines available on the 11th and 16th floors.
Is it possible to ship luggage from the hotel?
Courier services are available at the front desk on the 8th floor.
However, the courier services are available only for domestic shipping destinations.
Is massage service available at the hotel?
Yes. Please place an order from the internal line of the guest room.
For details and prices of the massage service, please contact the front desk.
Can I request or get a morning call?
You can set the morning call yourself through the internal line of each guest room.
Or, if you ask for a morning call at the front desk, we will set it for you.
Does the hotel provide wake-up calls?
Guests can set a wake-up call through the internal line of each guest room.
Alternatively, if you request a wake-up call at the front desk, we can set it for you.
Does the hotel have a parking lot?

No, we do not provide any transportation services.

There are a FamilyMart and lawson located within a one-minute walk.

Restaurant

When does the restaurant open in the morning?
7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (last order 9:30 a.m.).

*You do not need a reservation for breakfast.
*You can add breakfast.
*Breakfast is also available for non-hotel guests.
Can visitors other than overnight guests have breakfast in the hotel restaurant?
Yes, we serve breakfast to all guests in addition to overnight guests.
We serve breakfast at a different price from the one for overnight guests. Please ask for the details directly.
Is there a fee for children to use the hotel breakfast service?
The breakfast fee for children aged 7 to 12 will be charged.
Is it possible to make reservation for surrounding restaurants?
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with restaurant reservations in this chatbot. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Is the restaurant open for lunch and dinner?
Yes. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and available for all guests in addition to overnight guests.
Are there private rooms in the restaurant?
Yes, there is a private room for ten people at maximum.
Is smoking allowed inside the restaurant?
Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. You can smoke at a smoking booth on the same floor (8th floor).

Spa

What are the operating hours of the hot spring facility (City Spa Tenku)?
The operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM (last admission at 11:30 PM / Healing Spa until 11:00 PM).
For guests staying at the hotel, the facility can be used from 2:00 PM on the check-in day.
※For guests staying consecutive nights, the facility can be accessed between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM (excluding the check-out day).
Additionally, only guests staying at the hotel can enjoy the morning bath (6:00 AM to 9:30 AM).
Does the hot spring (City Spa Tenku) have any scheduled days off?
Due to regular maintenance, there is a change in operating hours once a month and the facility will be closed twice a year.

Do you provide rental towels?
We will provide you with a face towel and a bath towel at the reception, so please feel free to come without bringing your own.
In the large bath area, we also offer amenities such as shampoo and conditioner.
Do you provide shaving razors within the hot spring facility?
We offer them for a fee (100 JPY per razor).
Are there lockers for valuables within the hot spring facility?
We have lockers for valuables located next to the shoe boxes on the 19th floor.
Do you have baby strollers and wheelchairs available within the hot spring facility?
We do not provide baby strollers, but we do have wheelchairs available. Please inform our staff within the facility if you require one.
Do you have family baths or private baths available?
Unfortunately. we do not have family baths or private baths.
Can children also use the facilities?
Children are welcome to use the facilities, but they must be accompanied by a guardian. Children cannot use the facilities on their own.
However, please note that children who are not yet toilet-trained cannot be admitted to the facility. Thank you for your understanding.
Are we allowed to bring our own food and drinks?
Please refrain from bringing your own food and drinks into the hot spring facility.
Is there a place to have meals within the hot spring facility?
You can enjoy drinks and set meals at the "Cafe Bar Tenku" located on the 20th floor.
Hotel guests can also use the Cafe Bar even without using the hot spring facilities.
