Recently, there have been many cases of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire both in Japan and overseas.

To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask that you refrain from using mobile batteries in your guest room.

We ask for your cooperation as follows:

・To avoid any unforeseen circumstances such as fire, please refrain from charging your mobile battery while you are out or sleeping in your room.

・When charging electronic devices such as mobile phones using a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in the guest room, please refrain from charging in places exposed to direct sunlight, such as near a window, or on flammable materials such as a bed, sheets, or curtains.

- When using or charging a mobile battery, please always do so in a location where you can check its condition yourself.

Please note that if cleaning staff find any of the above conditions during room cleaning, they may move the mobile battery or stop charging it to ensure safety.
