Please be aware that our hotel has established the following rules regarding the use of the multipurpose room. If a separate agreement is made between the hotel and you in an individual contract, you shall abide by the terms of that agreement. Any matters not stipulated in these rules shall be governed by law or generally established practice.
Application
- Article 1 Reservations for the multipurpose room will be accepted starting six months prior to the date of use.
- When we accept your reservation, we set a tentative reservation period. In principle, the tentative reservation period is 7 days from the date of application. Please contact the hotel within this period to let us know whether or not you have made a decision. If we do not hear from you, we will treat your reservation as cancelled.
Multipurpose room usage hours
- Article 2 The use of the multi-purpose room shall be for a period agreed upon in advance between the Hotel and the guest, and shall include the period from setup to removal.
- If you exceed the designated time, an additional fee will be charged.
- Depending on the usage status of the venue, we may not be able to accommodate requests to exceed the usage time.
Checkout
- Article 3 The application fee must be paid by the payment date designated in advance by the Hotel.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may enter into a special contract which does not require payment of a reservation deposit.
- If the Hotel has not requested the payment of the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 1 and/or has not specified a due date for the payment of the application fee when accepting your application for a Multipurpose Room Usage Contract, etc., it will be treated as if you have entered into the special contract stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.
- If you comply with the special provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3, please settle the usage fee at the front desk by the end of the meeting, etc. on the day.
Compensation
- Article 4 Guests (including guests and related parties) and staff of contractors arranged directly by guests must take great care not to damage the Hotel's facilities, fixtures, and equipment.
