[Important] Notice of temporary closure

Dear Customers,

Thank you for using JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Shinjuku.
Due to the power outage and equipment renewal of the entire building due to the statutory inspection of electrical equipment, the museum will be closed on the following schedule.
During the closure period, access to the hotel premises and telephone services will not be available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Closed dates and times: Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 12:00 PM to Saturday, May 9, 2026, 11:30 AM

*Luggage storage: Luggage storage after check-out on Wednesday, May 6th will be available until noon (12:00) on the same day.
The museum will be closed after noon, so we will not be able to return any luggage you have left with us.
Also, please note that we will only be accepting luggage for pickup on Saturday, May 9th from 11:30 AM onwards.
