　当ホテルズの公式ウェブサイトよりも低廉な料金（以下「競合料金」という）が当ホテルズ以外のウェブサイトまたはモバイルアプリケーションに掲載されるという状況が発生した場合は、ベストレートギャランティー規約（以下「BRG規約」という）を満たすお客さまからのリクエストを受領した時点で、当ホテルズは、競合料金と同額に値下げします。

お客さまからのリクエストは、当ホテルズ公式ウェブサイトで予約後、24時間以内までに送信する必要があります。

Invalidating a Buyer's Request

Please note that when receiving a request from a customer, if any of the following items apply, the request will be excluded from consideration.

  If your request is submitted in a language that is not supported by our website
• （3）
  Your request is about our website or mobile application in a language that we do not support
• （4）

Same conditions for accommodation

The Best Rate Guarantee applies when a competing rate is found for the same accommodation on any site other than this official website. "Accommodation under the same conditions" refers to accommodation with the same hotel, accommodation dates (arrival and departure dates), number of guests, room type, length of stay, payment method, cancellation policy, early discount, and services and benefits (including amenities).

Best Rate Guarantee Suspended

If the Website is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical problems or other circumstances, the Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended.

Best Rate Guarantee Restrictions and Termination

If the Hotel determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in any of the following activities, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate or limit your request or the Best Rate Guarantee at any time and without notice:

  If you have engaged in any conduct that violates applicable law

  If you commit fraud
• （3）
  If you submit two or more invalid Best Rate Guarantee requests

  If you do not stay at the Hotel after your Best Rate Guarantee request has been approved
