Thank you for your continued patronage of JR Kyushu Group hotels and inns.

Effective October 1, 2024 (Tuesday), four JR Kyushu Group hotel companies (JR KYUSHU HOTEL Management, JR KYUSHU HOTELS, JR Kyushu Huis Ten Bosch Hotel, and JR Kyushu Station Hotel Kokura) have merged with JR KYUSHU HOTEL Management as the surviving company and changed the company name to "JR KYUSHU HOTELS & RESORTS. In accordance with the merger, the contents of the official website have been partially changed.

The new company will develop 17 hotels and inns that can meet a wide variety of needs, from urban hotels to hot spring resorts. As in the past, we will continue to provide hospitality rooted in the local community and strive to become a hotel chain that continues to be chosen by customers for its safety and security.

NOTICE OF COMPANY MERGER AND NAME CHANGE

Effective October 1st, the four companies under the JR Kyushu Group Hotels — JR Kyushu Hotels and Resorts Inc., JR Kyushu Hotels Inc., JR Kyushu Huis Ten Bosch Hotel Co., Ltd., and JR Kyushu Station Hotel Kokura Co., Ltd — will undergo a merger, with JR Kyushu Hotel Management Co., Ltd. as the surviving entity. Following this merger, the company will be renamed JR Kyushu Hotels and Resorts Inc.

The newly formed company will operate 17 facilities, catering to a wide range of customer needs, from urban hotels to onsen resorts. As always, we will continue to provide warm, locally-rooted hospitality, ensuring a safe and secure environment that makes us the preferred choice for our guests.
