Cuomo's specialty pizza is made with an original blend of wheat flour and Hokkaido-grown spelt flour, and the dough is fermented and aged for 48 hours before being flash frozen to maintain its fresh taste. The toppings are made with carefully selected, top-quality ingredients. With an awareness of the SDGs, the product is also environmentally friendly, using upcycled non-standard agricultural products.
