JR KYUSHU HOTELs and Resorts Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, President & CEO: Hidehiko Kadoya) is pleased to announce the opening of its fourth new hotel in the Hakata Station area in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture with the following contents. We will create an attractive hotel that can be used not only by domestic and foreign guests but also by local residents, and that contributes to the development of Hakata's urban development.

Number of guest rooms: Approximately 150 (planned)
Opening date: Fiscal 2028 (planned)
Land and building ownership: Yaoji Co., Ltd.
Hotel management: JR KYUSHU HOTELs and Resorts Co., Ltd. (100% owned by Kyushu Railway Company)
Access: 7 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station Hakata Exit
