Along with thorough hygiene management, JR KYUSHU HOTELS have introduced smart check-in machines, advance payment, and cashless payment with the objective of encouraging quick, contactless procedures.

Hand sanitizers are placed at multiple places inside the hotel.
Please take necessary hygiene measures including wearing a mask when you use any facility in the hotel during your stay.

Restaurants

We request guests to check their temperature and use hand sanitizer when entering restaurants as well.
Staff engaged in cooking or restaurant services have conducted thorough hygiene management including cleaning with alcohol for each task, as well as wearing masks.

Guest rooms

We have applied <<non-photocatalytic nano screen solvent (TiO2 with phosphoric acid)>> to areas that people come in contact with to ensure a safe stay for the guests. In order to reduce the risk of contact infection, and ensure the safety of our guests and employees, we provide higher quality rooms by implementing this antimicrobial coating.

Facilities

We have set a capacity limit to facilities to avoid the 3Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings).
The capacity of the big bath has been set to half of the previous capcity, which allows us to keep distance between users. In the fitness room, please make sure to wear a mask and refrain from talking as much as possible.

Health monitoring of employees

Hotel staff always check their temperature before they come to work and observe their condition during duties, paying attention to hygiene everywhere, including in the back office.
If anyone living with our employees gets infected, the employee is suspended from attending work and must contact a medical institution and follow the instuctions given.
We have alcohol for hand sanitizer ready in the back offices of facilities and kitchens.
